A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding a new section, designated §56-3-35, relating to prohibiting service of process in civil and Family Court matters on county property.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 3. WRITS, PROCESS AND ORDER OF PUBLICATION.

§56-3-35. Service of process prohibited on county property.

Service of process for any civil action or action in Family Court is prohibited on property owned by a county.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to prohibit service of process in Family Court and civil actions.
